1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website, enrolling in training programs, or engaging Citadock Security ("Citadock") for consulting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our site and services.

2. Strict Ethical Lab & Defense Usage Policy

Citadock Security trains individuals and advises organizations exclusively in defensive engineering, authorized detection, and ethical security practice.

  • Strict Boundary Enforcement: All lab exercises, detection testing, and scripts provided by Citadock may only be executed within designated, isolated lab environments or systems where you possess explicit, written administrative authorization.
  • Zero Tolerance for Malicious Conduct: Any participant who attempts to misuse training materials, tools, or techniques to conduct unauthorized reconnaissance, vulnerability exploitation, denial of service, or harm against third-party systems will be immediately expelled without refund and reported to appropriate cyber law enforcement authorities.
  • Compliance with Indian Cyber Law: All users agree to comply with the Information Technology Act, 2000 (and subsequent amendments) of India, as well as applicable international cyber regulations.

3. Training Programs & Intellectual Property

Course curricula, lab walk-throughs, custom scripts, and training documentation provided by Citadock remain the intellectual property of Citadock Security.

  • Materials are licensed strictly for the individual personal educational use of enrolled students.
  • Redistribution, reselling, or public re-hosting of Citadock training content is strictly prohibited.

4. Consulting Engagements & Scopes

Consulting engagements are governed by formal, mutually executed Statements of Work (SOW) and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA). Deliverables, milestones, service level agreements, and liability caps are explicitly detailed in individual client contracts.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
